Reserved online. Called the afternoon before our move and told the unit I reserved was not available. Had to rent a bigger unit. Once there we were given a different price. The admin fees were not waived as we were assured they would be. However we were given the senior discount. It ended up working out.

Not real happy with the times open, internet says 6 closes at 5, had to race over there, fees on Internet say 45 for online reservations, still cost me 50 a month. Undate your web site

I've been renting from this facility for almost 5 years, and haven't had one problem. I have and still would definitely recommend this place to others.

The unit we got had broken door springs. This was not addressed until we asked it to be fixed and it took 3 weeks. The facility didn't have wardrobe boxes and stated they will not be getting any in soon. This is frustrating when a sign hands outside has boxes and has a wardrobe box showing!

I called many different places in Owosso to find a storage unit this facility is extremely clean and the staff is very helpfull, polite and friendly. The prices are extremely fair especially when you have a gated area which usually means the prices are higher. I would recommend this facility to any friend looking for a storage unit I am very pleased and thank you for your help

The person who I,dealt with was good,but he had 3 customers to deal with at one time,and his computer was so slow it hindered his work. When he took me to the unit it was dirty and the ceiling. Was falling down(insulation) I haven't moved anything in yet and he called a few days ago to tell me he was going to tAke care of it he is very good at his job . I still haven't moved anything in because of moms illness so I've paid for a week and haven't used it .overall it's a nice place A better sign could help your business thanks for listening and have a blessed day,sally
